Reservation Terms & Conditions

1. Card Guarantee Required
All reservations are secured via a card guarantee. No upfront deposit is required. The authorised amount will be released upon dining as scheduled. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will result in forfeiture of the authorised amount.

2. Changes to Reservation
Any changes to reservation date or time must be informed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled dining time. Failure to do so may result in cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the card guarantee.

3. Menu, Mains & Dietary Requests
All changes to mains selection or dietary restrictions must be informed at least 2 days in advance. As we operate on a single tasting menu, last-minute requests may not be accommodated.

4. Corkage Policy
A corkage fee of RM200 applies to liquor brought by guests.

5. Private Events

6. Age Policy
To maintain the dining experience and privacy of all guests, children below 6 years old are not permitted. Guests aged 6 years and above are welcome but must order one full course menu.

Time & Table Policy

• Tables will be held for 30 minutes maximum from the reservation time.
• Each reservation is allocated 2 hours of dining time.
• Kindly arrive and depart promptly to ensure a smooth dining flow for all guests.
